JENNIFER SOBCZYK has almost 15 years of experience working as a law clerk and legal assistant, having gained experience with both our firm and a number of previous firms, developing her skills in a wide range of legal areas. 

In addition to assisting the firm in all aspects of document preparation, court filings and client liaison, Jennifer has assumed the role of our firm’s litigation document management clerk, responsible to work with our clients and other parties’ counsel to obtain relevant documents, code and upload them into our litigation support software.   Our firm’s clients are well served by Jennifer’s experience in the efficient processing of the high volumes of complex documents that must commonly be managed in construction litigation.
