WSIB, OHSA and the Law: Perspectives from Industry Experts

In this webinar we are joined by experienced Occupational Health and Safety lawyer Luiza Vikhnovich, who regularly regularly conducts investigations into critical injuries, workplace harassment and discrimination and who was once seconded to the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and WSIB lawyer Angela Powell, who has more than 20 years’ experience in both private and public practice having previously worked for 12 years for the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board as Chief Legal Officer and in various policy and strategy roles as Vice President and Director.
